Good value, room was well-kept, staff were accommodating. The buffet breakfast they offered was included. The hotel had a very central location and it was within walking distance of Santo Toribio Church. Moreover, the area was downtown. I liked being in this place.

The hotel was unique with unbeatable location not far from downtown as well as the best restaurants. The stay itself was very enjoyable, the stuff was caring and available. Pastries, eggs, cereal, pancakes and fresh bread they served for breakfast where good.

For a 5 star hotel everything was lovely, I loved to be here. Adequate, stocked room with great amenities and flowers, as example. Outstanding service and excellent value. The weather was lovely, had really good stay.

Overall I had a really great stay and would definitely come back. Awesome breakfast, genuinely friendly personnel. I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Pool was good and there was a nice restaurant on site.

I liked my stay at this practical hotel, brand-new rooms. The breakfast was outstanding and you could try eggs, slices of fresh bread, fruit, tea and coffee etc. Excellent view of garden. The personnel was super cool & was willing to help. The main bar in the venue had lots of complementary brandies, gins and soft drinks throughout the day.

walking to a boat dock from bastion luxury was easy. lovely beds. the entire experience was excellent. such amazing tourist destinations as walled city cartagena were near to this place.
